I sent my $37.00 in Sept. Have heard nothing from them since. When I called the phone # you have no option to speak with a person to request my refund

I have received nothing from this company. Want my $37.00 back that they have apparently stole from me. I mailed my check 9/07. When calling the phone # you do not get the option to request a refund that is stated is fully refundable.
