International exploration company winner of lottery drawn on 9/29

I received in the mail today a winning notification for a claim # rdn/1789004388/59 with a louisiana address but an international phone number 011-44-703-184-0913. With this letter i also received a check for $4500.00 also stating that i won $650,000.00.

First off i did not enter a lottery of any type other than our own state lottery second chance drawing. I was very cautious when being sent a check for $4500.00 to start with and not sure who this company is. I have made inquiries through the consumer complaints and found that it is a scam... Please put a stop to these people.
