They took my money and didnt send my computer system Chesachesapeake

I started this program aug 06. I was through paying for it aug 08. My merchandise havent made to me yet. I've called numerous times. They gave me the run around from jan 07 to sept, 07. When i called in oct. 07 the number was out of service. I paid the company 2,048 dollars of my hard earned money and have heard from them since then. I would really like for someone to help get my money back. I thought this program would be helpful to my credit but it has hurt me financially. If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it.
