Top Trade Investment Corp and I had a business agreement where I make a wire deposit of $20,000 to them, and they will ship me two containers of waste plastic. I wired the money since late October but the coward never got back to me with anything. I have been calling / emailing / faxed him for the past 4 weeks, but he NEVER once contacted me back.
