Changes due dates after they receive payment Columbus

Last statement's due date was11/16 for the amount of 172.12. I sent an electronic payment for the full amount on 11/13. It was paid by my bank on 11/14. The same day they added a late fee if 39.00. We received the last statement on 11/17 with a due date of 11/16 for items purchased on 11/23. When we called today, customer service hung up on me because I used the word "ass" as in "if you continue these practices, you can kiss it goodbye". You can hear much worse on TV. This time a man came on the line and said he can remove one of the late fees if we pay the minimum payment of 42.00. Note that the entire amount owed is 212.00 with a credit line of $13'000.00.By this time I was in tears by this nasty treatment so I said nothing. Then the man asked if he could do anything else for me. I said no, so he proceeded to try to sell me on some rewards program! I asked are you kidding.
