Process servers or cronies for wolpoff@abramson's sheltered centurion capital corp

Was served paper a few months ago with no court date on it. So I filed it in the no date bin. The original creditor Capital One has been on my credit report since 11/99. I disputed it then I dispute it now. Anyhow on 11/19/07 Williams Investigations garnish my checking account for xxx. Xx Here the sweet part. The Bank is the one who notified me with a copy of notice of levy along with the slip misc. Debit. The Notice Of Levy also states on it Amount of Judgement Owed, Service Fees, and to make check payable to Williams Investigations. So I'm confused as to whether they are process servers or have they joined the ranks of the famous W@A as bottom-feeders. Not real good with math but I think the SOL is closing fast or gone, and the scum sucker W@A has found a new sucker.
