I made one purchase from a background company named a little over a month ago. That one time purchase lead to a membership with a whole other company named 24 Protect Plus that I never authorized. The company 24 Protect Plus charged my account wihtout my consent or knowledge in the amount of 14.95. I had to cancel my debit card and I did call the 1-800 number to cancel a membership I never signed up for it. The operator stated that I did make a purchase with Intelius and in doing so I agreed to a membership to 24 Protect Plus. I did cancel and was promised that the money would be back into my account in the near future.
