Michael Cravens providing outdated background checks on caregivers and company does not return phone calls

I can see that I am one of many that did not get what I paid for with this company. I ordered a background check on a sitter to find it was 6 months old. I have asked for my money back for the report. Nothing.
I opened "tickets" on the website that are supposedly worked to be resolved and after 5, yes 5 were opened, NONE of them were aknowledged. I have left 4 messages at the corporate office with no return phone call. I could not report corrctly on a sitter that no call/no showed and conveniently no one would respond to let me know how to. If you want to find a babysitter for your children this is NOT where you need to look. You will not get accurate information and you will NOT get your money back. You won't even get an answer on the phone. Check out the Better Business Bureau on this one if you are still sceptical. You won't be after that.
