THIEVERY in the name of animal cruelty!

I placed an order, on August 6, with this company through PayPal for three of the well publicized "Vick Dog Chew Toy". The product was never delivered.

I have checked the website for Showbiz Promotions over the last four months regarding the status of the product. At first, the manufacturing of the item had been delayed until September due to product safety and supposed concern for the well-being of the dogs who chewed on the product. I never received a direct e-mail informing me of such. Then, the website stated that the product was complete and that an e-mail of the delivery schedule would be sent. I never received an e-mail informing me of a delivery schedule.in response, I have e-mailed and telephoned every available address and number multiple times for the past 3 1/2 months. I received looped automated e-mail replys with no further information. I was able to leave two voice messages via the telephone but received no reply phone calls.

Two weeks ago I attempted to process a "resolution" through PayPal to acquire a refund on my money. Unfortunately, PayPal has a 30 day resolution policy. So, a refund through PayPal is not an option. As a side note, this is also a good reason NEVER to buy anything through PayPal, it appears scams are much easily run through them.

Short of visiting the physical address in Jacksonville, Florida I believe I have exhausted every avenue for reclaiming my money and have now accepted the fact that I have been officially RIPPED-OFF.
