Threating to evict by 12/31/07

I just got a visit from the trailer company iI buy my trailer from. They told me I needed to call Vanderbilt a call because we missed nov, and dec. Payment. The 1-800-970-7250 i have been calling since nov answers with a 1-900 number and I can't call that number from my cell phone or my home phone has a block for 900 numbers.

The I explained I have called but can't get through to them and explained why we had not paid, we lost 40% of our income and that I had tried to refincance throught so many companies it drop our credit score down to the low 500's. He told me i had til the end of dec to make 2 payments totalling $1275. I live on 954 a month. He said I had to be out before the end od dec. Or he sould have the sheriff put me out. He even tried to call vanderbilt from his cell and never got through.

Can anyone tell me if he can do that on only 2 missed payments? I thought iI had at least 3 months before they could force me out. Can some body please help me?
