Saying i had been approved for a credit card and accessed 200 dollars out of my personal checking account after I tried to cancel with them

Individual call stating that I had been approved for a credit card. I explained to him that I recently filed bankruptcy and wasn't interested. It said that didn't matter. He later went on to say that it was a merchandise credit card after I had given him all of my information, then I further informed him that I was not interested. I later came on the internet and looked them up and found this website. They never canceled my contract, they debited 200 dollars from my checking account and now all of my numbers seem to be blocked from their phones. From my office phone, their number rings and rings until it goes dead. My cell phone, displays call failed. I want my money back.
