Cash Call
Seeking attorney advice regarding cash call. Help!

I would like to start by saying that my story is pretty cut and dry. It's similar to many other cash call victims. I too have become unemployed and have gotten behind on cash call payments. I have been unemployed for 4 months now! I have been actively seeking full-time employment... So far no luck. I've informed cash call of my situation. They have been calling non stop. Leaving threatening messages on the voicemail of MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! I spoke to someone once again.

I submitted a letter to them, and a fax explaining my situation. Point blank... I just don't have it at the moment. It's not like my intentions are to not pay. I was told that I had until December 14 to make a 215.00 payment or else they would sue and have my wages garnished, mind you I'm not working. I only receive small unemployment checks which are not even enough to cover my living expenses.

The lady I spoke to said that I qualified for a deferment, which is only for about a month. What should I do? If I send them 215.00, I will be even more behind on priority bills. Should I let them sue me? I told her that the most I could possibly pay is $30 per month until I find work. However, she said that I had no choice but to send the 215.00 to stop them from taking me to court. Any suggestions?
