No credit card, fake, just ripoff services offered

This company called and offered my wife a very good offer, NO INTEREST EVER, great credit limit, one time annual and sign up fee. Too good to be true - you bet ya! THIS IS NOT A CREDIT CARD, this is for services only.

First they took the $29.95 from our account, my wife called and cancelled, then we received the package in the mail, again, my wife called and cancelled. Then they took $99.95 and $59.95 from our account the next day, when we called all they do is stall you and never give a true answer. I am a shift manager for a reputable telemarketing company and I spoke with RYAN employee #204, this was a little boy who knows NOTHING, he said he was the highest person to speak to (a supervisor... Yeah right) RYAN #204 tried everything he could to stall me and not give me names or positions of people above him, he also assured me I would not get my money back, (he was running the show... Yeah right, he didn't even know what a TCPA violation was?) after going in circles for 30 mins or so RYAN #204 got another 'SUPERVISOR' on the line to tell him "You don't have to speak to this customer anymore". I then followed the code of ethics for getting my money back, GO TO YOUR BANK AND FILL OUT THE APPROPRIATE FORMS IMMEDIATELY, tell the bank that the electronic funds withdrawal was NOT APPROVED, we got our money back (including the $29.95 non refundable processing fee) within 3 days.

If you really want to give them a hard time, call them on their toll free 1-866-892-6018 and have them waste as much time as possible just like they did you.

This company should be shut down and the ceo etc. Put on trial for what they do to innocent people.
