I think I got ripped off too!

I got ripped off by this company too. Somehow, I don't know how, this "company" got my telephone number and they were VERY persuasive in their tactics. They promised lower interest rates, continuing service, etc. Like an idiot I believed them without any research. None of their "promises" panned out and now my credit card is almost $700 more in debt plus interest for the past year & 1/2. I haven't tried to get my money back ($695!!!) yet, but at this point I'm not very hopeful. If anyone has had luck in this area please let me know how you did it. It would be much appreciated. Thank you.
