Paid 200 dollars for credit card but never recieved it Ripoff

I was called over the phone and asked if i wanted a credit card and it sounded like a good deal since i am 20 and haven't had one yet so it was too good to be true. There was a $2000 credit limit so i couldnt believe it. They asked me for my checking account number so i gave it to them not knowing.

They took 100 dollars out on march 23 and another 100 dollars april 20. Then i waited and tryed calling the phone number they gave me and it said that this number is no longer in service. So i went on the web site and it isnt even a credit card company.

So then i got worried so i went to the bank to get the money back and they said they couldnt do anything and that i should close my checking account, and i said that i didnt want to got through all that, i figured that i should wait longer and see if it comes, but it never has.
