A deposit was made into my account. My bank investigated it and gave me the information they had. When I called BIG, they said I made the loan and there is no contract or paper work they can send me. They said they would call me when they find out whats going on. I never received any calls. When I called them back Because the took $60.00 dollars out of my account they said that i took out the loan. Thats all they would say. Hey have all my personal information. Everything from my employment to my ss#.
