You're NOT Taking MY Money! - CCS Scam Card

My husband randomly received this 'catalog credit card' in the mail a few days ago. I was reading it over after seeing - $6500 credit line and approved. As I was still reading this contract, I was looking and looking for a website or something legit about it.

We talked it over and figured maybe there is some good stuff in the catalog, and with Christmas coming and three kids. This could be good.

I decided to go online to look at the catalog first, to be sure there was going to be anything in it worth paying all the initial fees. I found nothing but fraud warnings and terrible situations that have been happening to people who were trusting in this scam.
I have not called to activate the card. I feel like I have a piece of poison in my house right now. I am just worried that these people may have important information already. I am still looking over this document because I want to be sure that they don't start charging anything to it when we didn't activate it. Some places require you to call and 'cancel' the membership you never agreed to to avoid further charges.

I am assuming if I don't contact them regarding this card and just cut it up and throw it out that I will have no issues. But after reading all of these stories, I am really nervous.

How is this company still in business? Why are these people not arrested? I read enough reports in one night that span only three days to know that this isn't legit.
For anyone contemplating activating your 'credit card', DON'T DO IT! There is nothing to show for it and I am not coughing up my bank account numbers to anyone without seeing products, and especially when we didn't apply for this. Who gives out that much credit anyway to just anyone? If life were only that easy.

Please, whoever can have the upper hand on this matter, stop these people at once. We don't know how much personal information this company may already have. It makes me nervous to do anything online now. Hackers. Viruses. These people may be part of that.
