Offered rip off catalog only credit card

I received this letter in the mail box from cca, stating that I was approved for a credit card that I have never even applied for. I opened the letter and saw a credit card with numbers in it already and began reading. I read that my credit limit was $6500 and was to call the toll free number to activate my card. I was puzzled and looked for a phone number where I may reach customer service reps. However, there wasn't any number in which to read customer service reps.

So, I then tried calling the activation number and kept pressing zero for assistance and never was able to speak with the a person. Then, I decided to look on the internet at google search and found that this company was ripping people off. Lucky, I didn't activate the card!!!
