Recovery Specialist Wells Fargo - Scare tatics to get you to commet

We recently were dismissed from a chapter 13 Bankrupt courts We are not fans of bankrupts. It was the only out my wife's health was deteriorating and just need to do something.

After we were dismissed 2 months ago we were then contact and told that Wells Fargo do not attend the hearing to object because they would be just dismissed by the courts. This is a private student loan I know I am responsible for the federal one. The school they funded went Bankrupt 2 weeks after graduating they had lifetime employment placement which I did not have a benefit. Which may have put us there in the first place but life goes on and you do not show how bad it hurt. That was my fault I should have checked further into the school.'

Wells Fargo compounded interest on top of interest now we owe more then original amount. Just something in this smells fishy. Has anyone else gone through something like this or need more information. Or if you have any comments.
