Though Jamie Lawrence is listed here, it is for identification purposes only as there are many people by the name William H. Bonney. This particular young man, William Howard Bonney, DOB 10/08/1981 is the son of William Bonney Sr. Of El Cajon California. William Jr. Acted as liaison between myself and his father for a $30,000.00 Promissory note that his father has defaulted on. This is being posted to warn everyone doing business with such persons that there is a huge outstanding debt that they refuse to pay. It will be listed with all three credit bureaus, and as a Private Detective myself, I am well aware of the law regarding slander/libel and this is all based on fact and witnesses. It would be terrible news to these lenders to learn that William and Chantal Bonney plan to file bankruptcy and default on all their loans. At least that is what I gathered from Mr. Bonney's verbal threat via phone call to him on 11/23/07.

What is unfortunate is that William Howard Bonney has his name mixed up in his father's bad business, and that along with a rap sheet of traffic violations are ruining things for the son from the get-go. I would advice either "William" to consider what a reputation is worth and to start thinking clearly about how your actions will shape the rest of your life. If anyone does a Google search and reads these facts and opinions, they can go to public records for themselves and investigate these people. If you're going to talk someone into lending you money for 6 months, then after 6 months the contract is over. You repay the debt. This has dragged on from May 1 at end of contract to present with no repayment of the original $30,000.00

It would be a shame if I end up taking this entire family down and ruining their credit, but I'm a business person and I'll do what I have to do to see to it that these people never rip off anyone again. William Bonney Jr. Was always a bit queazy looking when his Dad was here, in fact he didn't seem to want to stick around when money changed hands. Why? Know something about Dad that I didn't? Well, to be honest, my detective radar went off, but I know the law and I know what Mr. Bonney owns and I could very well make a killing off one lawsuit, given that he's in so many violations here, Legendary Solutions not even being licensed to do business in the state of Arizona.

If William Bonney ever wants to work for anyone besides his Daddy and wants to clean his name up and be a respectable business man and not drag his girlfriend Jamie down (who co-signed on his house) then William Jr. Really needs to talk to his father and tell him he doesn't appreciate being made an accomplice in this mess. Whether Jr. Likes it or not, he is an accomplice and I can name him in a lawsuit as well as part of what looks to be right now, a real estate scam operation here in Arizona. If it isn't a scam, then I expect every penny to be paid, and it is due NOW. If paid, I'll gladly post a note putting the Bonney family in good standing again on the internet. Fair enough. Otherwise, I'll bide my time reporting these people, which will include a letter to the Internal Revenue Service that will red-flag all of them, plus force them to pay taxes on the stolen $30,000.00 as income. These people picked the wrong person to try and scam, and if they're not scam artists, let them step up and return MY money.
