This man, Leonard Weinberg, was reported snooping around my property. A neighbor told me he went into my backyard to look into my storage shed. When confronted, he told my neihbor he was a friend of mine, and was wondering where I stored my boat. This guy was driving a brand new Lexus. He has been calling me on my cell phone and threatening that if I do not pay my wife's past bill (a bill that was derived before i even met her) he will do everything in his power to make my life turn upside down. He sais he is going to find out if I have any outstanding bills, and contact the debtors and tell them where I live, assist them in recovering any fees, plus ad lots of fees on top. He sais he used to be a cop and knows how to manipulate the law in his favor. I would like to file a harrasment charge against this individual. He is way out of line! I am in the process of contacting other individuals he has harrassed, to get them involved.

This whole thing is over a ten year old debt that my wife had with a landlord. She moved out of an apartment to go live with her mother. Her mother was gravely ill at the time and needed her help. My wife was only able to give a two week notice. The apartment was rented immediately after she moved out, but the landloard believed he was still entitled to two weeks rent. She was current on rent, and the landlord kept her $500 deposit. The rent was only $800 a month. Greedy people! Now Weinberg wants more than $2700, over a $400 judgement.
