Customer service is Dead here. Does their phone work at all

For four years I have had this company with no problems. I was never late with payments that was debited out of my checking account each month. For the last 2 payments I chose to mail them both payments at once. 31 days after the payment was made, I got a call from them saying they didn't get the payments. That shouldn't be a problem I thought, after all I have a U.S. Postal money order reciept. All I have to do is put a trace on the money order through the post office (which is suprisingly easy to do). I offered to give them the reciept number as well as fax to them the form showing that the trace was placed on the money order. That was unacceptable to them. After several frustrating phone calls which I was yelled at and treated as hostile they hung up on me. Suddenly the phones were not working right. When trying to call back they either put me on hold, which no one ever came back to the phone or I was "mysteroiusly disconneted". Now the harrassing phone calls have started multiple timed times per day on my cell as well as my home phone. They willnot give me the time it takes to prove to them that the payments were made. On the two occasions that I did get through I left messages for the manager/supervisor. My biggest complaint is the tone that they used. Just the hostility is un-called for. Did anyone ever tell them you catch more bees with Honey that vinegar? I am interested I seeing if this will be on my credit report. That will take this matter to a new level. I guess 48 months of timely payments mean nothing to them since they have eput me in the same catagory as deliquent customers.
