Internet fraud / deception

I too fell prey to the free offer that turned out to be charged for in 30 days. I called today to request a refund only to be informed that it was a 2 week trial. No place on the add stated such and I would not have ordered the product if I knew that. They were so decietfull.

This in NOT a company that believes in Customer Satisfaction, or has any type of refund policy that satisfies the consumer. They should not be trusted and should be put out of business for Internet Fraud. How can you offer a trial for 9.99 an charge your customers the full price of 59.99 after 2 weeks. Is that not illegal. I am going to contact the Attorney General of Pa regarding this
