Hang up to avoid Cancelation request

I was directed to Mineral Science website by another site. After reading about their trial offer, I decided to try it. I received the sample which was not even close to what was advertized. I was also, just not happy with the product.

For 2 days I have been trying to call the number to cancel this, which now seems to have turned in to a membership. Something also not stated in the trial offer.

They give you 14 days to cancel this "forced on you and misrepresented" membership or they will charge your credit card with $59.99 and $29.99/mthly there after. However, when you call their number you get someone who states the company name, all reps are busy, please hold and then she hangs up. This has happen to me repeatedly for 2 days.

You also have to call another number (you get the same response with that number as above) to get a # so that you can return the unused portion.

I do not know the outcome yet, as I have taken it further now, but would like everyone to be aware that this company has many reports against them is the epitomy of the words "Rip Off"
