Drive Financial Services filed a police report against me, Terri Halfin, recently. At the time when my vehicle was taken from me by a drug dealer in Beaumont, Tx., I was on drugs at the time and didn't know where i was at. A person who knew me called my mom and dad, thay came and picked me up and took me to detox and rehabilition. After rehab, I went to the halfway house. After the halfway house, I didn't know what to do, I felt in danger, so I went to live with my cousin, who works for the Government, I felt safe there and I assumed the vehicle had already been repo'ed, because it had been over 3 months since I had seen the vehicle and made a car note. I am clean from drugs now and, now Drive Financial has filed legal action towards me with out even one phone to resolve this issue, they have a phone number that they could have contacted me and I could have told Drive Financial where the vehicle was, so they could have picked it up. I didn't want to go back to the part of town that the vehicle was in, because I still feel in danger for my life and not to relasp into drugs again.
