Definately A Shady Business

Like Jean, I also was duped into buying from this company. There is nothing to make you believe that you are signing up for a "club" of sorts. I too ordered through a website that until now thought was a very reputable website and would stand by the businesses that advertised with them. I was wrong on that. They refused to intervene when i complained about this company and what they were doing. They actually told me that they did not do business with them until i showed them proof that they did, then they made another excuse.

What i finally did was complain to my bank, complain in writing to the PosterPass folks at a mailing adress that i found on their website (there does not seem to be anyway to write via email). And i also filed a complaint with the BBB. I also told PosterPass that if they would not cancel my account with them my next step would be with the attorny general of Ohio, Illinois and the state that they are incorporated in.

I have found that they did cancel my account, hopefully have stopped charging my account $48 a week for two pieces of paper that are not worth even half of that charge. I have also since found that they are not considered to be a good business by the BBB. But, most of the complaints have been resolved, so take that as you will.
