Unauthorized Credit Card Charges!

I purchased some paster through posterpass.com, thinking it was a one time deal, 5 posters for $5 dollars each, free shipping, I thought cool deal, got some nice posters, deal was done, so I thought. A month later there is a charge to my card for Home Arts Direct for $40 bucks, a name I had never heard of, nor have I ever seen, started doing some research and found the 2 names are linked, called my bank, they are sending me a new card and filling a dispute with posterpass.
