Rick and Susan Rose are scam artist. They Lie so much. I have a signed contract that if they are unable to arrange an adoption after 2 years they will refund my $2500 less a $250 administration fee. They will not return my money and it's been several years now. I've sent letters, certified letters, written to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office and anyone else I can find an address to in San Pedro, CA. I've also written to their attorney. Bottom line is; If you trust them you will be scammed. They take your money and do nothing but lie. They are very nasty people that steal your money.
