False promises to sell your Time Share or rent it within 12 months

Was contacted by Vacationtime rentals by Phone (Erin) and also Manager Cindy Newlan to sell my Timeshare for a up front cost of 699.00.

I was lead to believe thqat their Company was very honest abd would be able to sell in very quickly. That they had buyers waiting.

I contgracted with them on 8/2/06 and to date *11/11/07 had not had a single call or offer to either rent it or buy it. Again They only place your add on their web site and do nothing else for the money you paid them. This is false advertisement at its worst. They make all kinds of promises but deliver nothing.

I have found out thru AARP that paying Companies upfront for the sale of your property is not legal in Florida. Am trying to verify this thru the Attorney General Office in Florida.

Don't pay anyone upfront for trying to sell your Timeshares.
Its a Rip-Off.
