What can I do to make these people pay? They stole over 3000.00 from me!

My name is Marlia Brown I live in Miami, Fl and I had been looking for a debt consolidation loan in order to pay off my debt so that I can be able to provide better in the future for my children. I had filled out many diffrent application.

I was contacted a few weeks later by a Jason Andrews. He had informed me that he was responding to my application that I had filled out online and called to let me know that i had been approve for the 10,000 dollar loan I had applied for. He told me that he would be emailing me my loan documentations and i had to fill them out and return it with my loan insurance premium and a security deposit for my loan witch was both 1500 dollars.

I received my documents and then i checked the BBB and also here and the company had no reports. So after discussing it with a few trusted people I decided to go ahead with the process. I sent them the money which I had to borrow some from family. I was instructed to sent it to Canada to their main office.

After that I had a hard time contacting my Jason Andrews or customer service. I did get a hold of them and they told me I had to seend another 800.00 for a brokerage fee. I was reluctant to send so I asked to speak with a supervisor I spoke to a woman named tiffany who aplogized and insured me that this was the only thing holding back my loan and that I would be recieving it within 24 hours after they recieve the money. I sent the payment to a Michelle Brown in Canada. It has been a week and I still have not recieved my loan.

I am very frustrated and don't know what to do. I am going to try a contact a lawyer and see what can be done to stop these people. I have all my original emails, papers, and money gram reciepts, western union receipts to prove who I sent it to and where. If anyone can help me please contact me... They must be stopped!!!
