I went online looking for a loan for people with bad credit to get out of debt. I was contacted by Deanna Chandler stating that they could approve me for a loan of $15,000.00 dollars at the interest rate of 6.5% The term of the loan was suppose to be for 60 months and what I would end up paying was $17537.46. She e-mailed me all the papers and asked that I look them over sign them and fax them back to her I did this. Once this was done she asked me for $1500.00 dollars in collateral payment. I told her that I did not have that right then. She told me to call back once I had it and ask for the accounting department which I did. I spoke with Olga White in accounting and she told me that I needed to money gram the money and she gave me all the information to send it via money gram. I did this, and when I called back because my loan had not been funded I called back and spoke with Olga once again. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to send them another $850.00 in order to secure the loan. I asked her why and she said that it was because I had applied for another loan and had been approved. So of course I went ahead and sent the other $850.00. Again I did not get funded. I call just about everyday and I either get no answer or I get the the run around from Brian the Manager I believe he said that was his position. They have even hung up on me. I contact Trinity Financial Group and they told me that they have nothing to with them. I am so mad, but not just at them at me too, because I let myself be fooled trying to get out of debt.
