Samuel S. Tatem should be struck off the medical register; I hope that any that finds this registry will NOT take the chance and visit this FAKE practice. I know there are many others in the area!

Some dentists even make their own procedure codes, which are different from the normal practice and this ones takes the cake, I had 2 back teeth that needed to have root canals, Samuel S. Tatem DDS instead (filled them both, trying to repair) the both teeth. After MANY AND I MEAN MANY visits BACK after complaining of PAIN, He decided to remove a tooth that HAD nothing to do with the back teeth saying this was the result of the pain...& this should help... This was MY LAST VISIT by the way... The two teeth in back became infected and had the work they needed...

The cost of root canals and work he does is NOT EVEN compared to industry standard (CHEAP IS NOT BETTER) HE GETS THE MONEY SLOW!!! He will drain you slowly or the insurance company slowly... I found this crack in the yellow pages online one night after being in much pain for a cavity I had... The receptionist when I called (I forget her name) had screaming Kids on the phone when I called and was very unprofessional [this should of said to me run! ] But I was in pain and needed to go in... This office was very unpleasant and filled with old tools and bad equipment. Samuel S. Tatem looked at my teeth and said he SAW WORSE, Maybe because he worked on them from the beginning. He took EX - RAYS [this by the way took 25 minutes by it self... Lots of exposure to radiation etc... Then after the ex-rays which I paid $125.00 for pretty expensive huh??? He had all my teeth planned out and I'm sure the amount of money planned that he was going to take from my wallet... After I broke communications with him, they tried and mail me my EX RAYS... What jerks!!! Anyways. Do not take the risk... You'll pay in the long run.
