Never heard from them again but still trying to get money out of my account

I was contacted by an automated call system saying iI was approved for a $5.000 dollar credit line and all they need was to process my account info and in 7 to 10 day's I would recieve my card in the mail. They also stated that they would take the 200.00 dollar processing fee out on a certain day which was a lie they tried to get it the very next day and they are still trying to take it out of my account I would like to know what can be done about this company?
