No one at customer service answering the phone

I ordered a spanish cd from them on a 14 day trial. Changed my mind and mailed it back on oct 31. Tired to call the 800 number to cancel my membership so they don't try to charged my credit card for the next series. No one at the 800 number was answering the phone.

Now i am going to have to close my credit card account so they don't get anymore money from it.
