Misleading and rip-off

The program sounded great. From internet data. The sales person was indeed skillful and articulate. An interview was scheduled and after some of my history I was informed that they would be able to assist me in achieving my goals. The course materials were sent after paying $5000.00.
After completing a short course I would have at my disposal $200,000.00 to buy pre-foreclosures.
Iwas initially told that this would allow me to do 4 transactions with them. Upon receipt of the course, additional data was provided that showed that I would only be allowed one transaction for this amount and that I would have to "Invest" an additional $5000.00 to obtain the 4 additional transactions.
I read the materials and started doing the precursory homework— address for county clerk, how foreclosure info was dissiminated in newprint, and instructed that in order to obtain their backing I would have to submit the entire information to them. They would then decide on the viability of the proposed bid.
I was also informed that I was limited to Harris county Texas only. I was initially told nationwide.
In compiling the required data it became apparently clear too me that they were getting all of the leg work accomplished by me. They had the say so as to whether or not they wanted to pay me on the bid. That they would probably use the information that I got for them, deniy my submission and complete the transaction (s) themselves.
When I told my coaches that, they got indignant and I got a letter several weeks later saying that my agreement with them would terminate in sevral weeks. I called and we discussed BBB and such and they stated that they would give me additional intense training. Never received another call. I called about a year later left a message with someone for Mr. A. Jones no call-back.
I would be willing ready and able to assist in a suit or any other such endeavour as necessary. They are indeed rip-off artistist and I a fool. Thank you.
