Promises not kept!

I requested via telephone Livigen pills from Bio-Molecular Options and that I was billed $2 additional for Price Plus plus one else that I actually donot remember. I obtained an acknowledgment from Price Plus and was to get a $25.00 giftcard. After I spoke with Bio-Molecular to stop further costs to my charge card, I described that there is a choice to print-out an application to obtain my $25.00 which I really couldnot have it plus they required data. About the telephone and stated I'd obtain the data and might get my $25.00. Nothing - so when I attempted to obtain price plus online, I had been informed to enter my membership No. (1121957726) also it explained that it had been an unacceptable No. I've situated an application that we plan to submit but don't be prepared to obtain the guaranteed $25.00. I would note that after I delivered online there have been many grievances that got up about that same criticism. Please address. Thanks.
