US Guardian
Aka First Capital ripoff liars victimized us

Education & Science

On August 18 I received a call from US Guardian stating I was approved for a Mastercard of a credit limit of 2000. I would also receive another card with a credit limit of 2500.

I was told there was a one time fee of 199.00 and what I could do is once I received the cards I could go to the local ATM and withdraw the 199.00 and deposit it in the checking account.

This was to happen on Aug 29 I should have received the cards by then and deposited the money in my account. I had not received the cards by Aug 29 so I called on Aug. 27 and informed they have not come as of yet. They then agreed (They meaning KIM) to change the date to Sept. 5.

When I had not gotten the card by the 5th of Sept. I called and was informed by a lady by the name of (Nancy) that Kim no longer worked there and she would change it to the 9th of Sept.

I called again on Sept 7 and told again I have no cards, she said it was ok give it until the 9th and the draft will be made on the 10th. When I called my account on the 9th of Sept. It was said it was an miscellaneous withdrawal of 199.00.

When I called back I was told no Nancy worked there and her name was Nicole. (Mind you all three girls sounded the same). I then explained to Nicole of the situation and she informed Kim must have checked the wrong box on the computer screen and had the money come out first.

She then said if the money was drafted it would take 7-14 days of the draft date to receive my cards and nothing as of yet. I then came to the internet and did some research to learn this was all a scam (ripoff).

Nicole then informed me that she would do a rush on the cards being the funds were already taken due to the fact I explained that did not make any sense to wait so long when they already have their money. She agreed and said would put a rush on it.

I feel so stupid its not funny. Now when we call the numbers given for Nicole and customer service we get no answer or its always busy. I will continue this investigation and get my money back. That 199.00 I could have bought my kids more clothes and paid for their pictures at school on picture day.

This is horrible and now I have checks out their that may bounce for this inconvience. Please do not fall for this scam. Please dont.
