CitySpree Inc ripoff void inactive corporation consumer fraud ripoff Incorporated in Delaware

I am the Office Manager for a merchant who had the ill fortune to sign-up and do business with this company and we are unable to contact them by any means.internet, Phone... Whatever...

At any rate we went further and contac ted the Delaware Corporations Committee, as CitySpree was incorporated there.

According to the Delaware Corporations Committee in Dover (302) 739-3073 They filed for incorporation 10/25/99 but afterwards have not filed any annual reports. Further there is no listed corporate members or contacts...

The agent for them is the

These folks however will not be able to do anything other than send in inquiries, complaints or other information to them and will not give out any corporate officer information. That is unless subpeoned.

So if there are any other vendors, lawyers, creditors or persons run over in the crosswalks of life by this company who wish to discuss the legal ramifications of having signed up with this company to try and find them or nopw determine further action... Such as class-action suit. Then give me a buzz as I would be interested in finding out what further obligation we as nerchants have in this matter which appears to be a rip-off scamm at best..

Looks like they were ripping off both parties... The merchants offering the service and the general public which has been duped to sign up for these "too-good-to-be-true offers

Of course our company is legit and we wish to put the alert out there to other vendors/merchants warning them of this and further am putting forth this open letter to CitySpree that they come clean, explain themselves and offer restitution for this gigantic mess that they have created. That's if we can ever get a hold of them...

Anyway, I'm sure there will be more as we have sicced Peter Falk (Columbo) on 'em so stay tuned.
