Beware of this bad business they lie & steal your money in the end!

Bluepay It's an misleading company to their prospect merchants.

Bluepay is an lying & deceitful company that are peaches in cream when your in the sign up process for an new merchant account. After you make your first sales they automatically send your account to High Risk Management. They never notify you that your account has been sent to High Risk Management until you find out that you have not received any deposits for the sales that you made and fulfilled.

I personally showed proof of shipments & proof of purchase from my vendors.

Their risk manager officer Mr. George Jackson started questioning the source of my vendors. I mentioned this to my vendors and they confirmed to Bluepay
that they are a legit business and they presented proof to Bluepay. Mr. George Jackson kept calling my vendors digging for my personal information not even pertaining to my purchases with my vendors.

Bluepay risk manager Mr. George Jackson very discrimently " told me to request other form of payment from my customers after I already shipped out the goods" I told him that only a idiot will ship goods to customers from other states without getting paid for them. I TOLD HIM THAT I SIGN UP AS A MERCHANT BECAUSE I BELIEVE BLUEPAY STATEMENT OF HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT.inSTEAD I WAS TREATED AND QUESTIONATED AS A CRIMINAL"

The risk manager officer still closed my merchant account after I showed them valid proof of delivery to my customers & Mr. George Jackson still closed my business merchant account and will hold my business money for 180 days! As a retaliation of my continue demand for info update regarding my pending payment from BLUEPAY.

After this incident I doubt if I'm ever going to get pay for the merchandise I already sold.

They are a greedy company that only cares about theirselves an NOT your BUSINESS!

My Business lost an great amount of money & they don't care about your losses after you send merchandise out to your customers.

New merchants beware of this merchant provider.

If anyone else went through an similar situation like mine please report it to this site.

My attorney is taking legal action in this matter.

As many more people reports about this company the greater chance for us to file an ' class action lawsuit' against bluepay.
