First Extended Service Corporation I Finally got paid after 5 months

I bought a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 and purchaced an extended service contract from First Extended for $2,500.00. A 48,000 mile "Bumper to Bumper"

After only six months my fuel pump went out, a covered item under every level of this agreement. First extended refused to pay the claim stating that this was not a fuel pump and therefore not a covered item. I paid the $1,033.00 Bill and began the laborious task of trying to get reimbursed.

To make a long story short, one I am sure you are all familiar with, I exhausted all remidies provided by First Extended, including calling the number provided at the bottom of the contract for contacting Virginia Surety (First Extended's insurance provider) which First Extended answered...

Finally I did my own Google search and came up with mrclaims@thewg.com
I sent them an e-mail requesting contact information to file a claim directly with them. They never responded. HOWEVER, Ron Milliron with First extended did. The same day.

He was very apologetic and assured my that I would be promply reimbursed if I would just send him the bill. Which I did and 33 days later I got a check.
