Buyer Beware - Takes money and ships nothing, won't respond or answer phones

Paid for an ink order on 8/11/07 and still have received nothing. No response to email. Phone has automated answer and puts you on hold with nobody ever picking up. 800 number seems to be out of service. Have reported to Better Business and Gilroy Police Dept. The webiste is still up and running and they are still taking people's money. I urge you to contact the Gilroy Police Dept as well. (408) 846-0350 police@ci. Gilroy.ca.Us
