McKensie Scott - James Bixler

I hired McKensie -Scott to do a personal marketing campaign for a new position. I paid them $13,000 and all I received of tangible value were electronic resume forms.

They sent out several hundred to a thousand fax versions of my resume and not one ever received as much as a positive phone call. I received many calls from recruiters telling me that they are inundated with these faxes from McKensie Scott and they just trash them.

Despite working with my personal manager (Linda Lupakin), she was of little assistance, when I specifically asked to be marketed to my target area where I had the most experience they had a lame excuse why they would not do that.

After several months of their ineffective work, I began networking agressively and finally landed a position in my same field. They offered high platitudes about what they could deliver and did none of it. When I complained to both Mr. Bixler and Ms. Lupakin about their ineffectiveness, no further communication occured.

I found that they were completely unaccountable once they had my money and I seldom heard from anyone at the organization and certainly not Mr. Bixler once he was paid.
