This company is a rip-off artist. I had an account that I had cancelled. Then, magically, I was signed up for a new account without my knowledge (using the information they had) and they started to bill me again. I called to straighten out, after being on hold long distance, then thought the matter was settled. Guess again. I was billed again the next month. After sitting on hold again for approximately 5 minutes on my dime, I was put through the "Carlos, " as I would eventually learn his name was. (For the record, their reps will not give you last names, so therefore no one is accountable for bad service and behavior.)

I have never been treated so badly by a customer service rep in my life. After explaining the situation and giving him my cc info so he could look up my account and issue a refund, he kept saying he had to read something to me. I told him he could read whatever he wanted, but I had not signed up for the service and I expected a refund. I did not use profanity or become abusive, yet "Carlos, " told me if I didn't let him read it to me he was going to put me on hold. I said, "Excuse me?" and he said, "That's it, I'm putting you on hold while I read this." Then he comes back on the line with an attitude, and when I asked his name he said "Carlos." I started to tell him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he once again said, "That's it, you are on hold." When he came back, he told me he could either take care of it, or I could speak to supervisor. I demended a supervisor, so I was put on hold indefinitely till I gave up.

I had to call back again, long distance, and spoke to "David G." (getting a last initial was like pulling teeth.) I got my refund and account cancelled (supposedly — we'll see next month) then when I tried to get info to reach a supervisor by phone or mail to file a complaint, he wouldn't give me the name of someone to address my concerns to.

He wanted me to address my written compaint to "Customer Service" insisiting there was no one to address it to. After looking at their site, I finally found the name Ken Ford, VP of. Guess what? Customer Service. I'm also supposed to be getting a call back from a supervisor in regard to my complaint, but that will never happen.

They have a company where no one will even give their last name, and they won't give any names, so no one is accountable. Is this someone you want to do business with? Do you want to have to cancel your credit card and get a new number issued to stop fraudulent billing?

Do NOT do business with this company!
