Rip-off

This company is a rip-off they will debit your account without authorization. I called the number from my bank gave me which was 1-800-859-6439 and I clearly asked for a copy of the contract that I signed giving them authorization to debit my account. The Representative told me that they would not give me a copy of my contract unless I signed a faxed document had it notorized and faxed it back and still they would not send me a copy of the contract showing that I authorized this debit. I printed off the consumer complaints took it to my bank. This company is a rip off.
