Got 84.00 out of my account on 9/27/07. Fraud company!

This is the second time I've been ripped off and its frustrating since I rarely use checks for anything. JFYC did it this time and I'd sure like to know who they really are. I read on one website that they are in the BBB website but under a different address. They have ripped off several people and there should be something done about it. The check has a stamp SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED. This is total bs and the number under memo goes to a voice recording everytime you call it. I caught this transaction fairly fast so Im sure I'll get a refund but I don't see how this 'company' is still doing this to people!
