Rip off to licensed agents! Commissions lied about and managers are conmen!

I have read alot that has been said on this company by people that have been effected by this. I too, have become a victim of this scam. I am a licensed agent in the state of MS and TN and I worked for the Southaven Branch on Stateline Rd. I have been repeatedly lied to and scammed out of alot money by the "so called" Unit Manager and his brother the "so called" Branch Manager.

They have both slandered my name to clients that I have with this company. They have been told that "I" have stolen policies and their checks and that is the reason why their policies have not been delivered!!! That is a HUGE lie and I have hired an attorney to sue them! This is called 'Defamation of Character' and it is a large letigation suit. I have had these clients call me personally and tell me this and they are all going to testify in court against them.

I was lied to about the money that I would be making and the possibilty of becoming a manager myself. I have found that policies have been signed with my name forged to them and I have contacted the MS State Commissioners office for a full investigation! I had originally brought this to the attention of the CEO of the company and needless to say, they are still working there and as far as I know nothing has been done!

I am fighting this to the fullest extent that I can. I have business that has been written in my name that I never recieved money for and I can be taxed on this at the end of the year. BEWARE of this company and the con artists that work there!
