Should be called Liberty National Liers

I worked at Liberty National in Las Vegas for about 5 months which was enough time to learn it was a bunch of lies. I left just yesterday after making phone calls for hiring people to replace me.
Most of my leads were supposed to come from 3 sources. One source of leads were from an ex-agent who made 90% of his sales to Spanish speaking clients. I barely know any Spanish, but was expected to work these leads.
A second source was from the TMK on the Liberty National site. It was common to have these turn up a year old, and made by telemarketers. I found out that the telemarketers only got paid when they made a call where the person wanted us to contact them. Therefore, the telemarketers lied so they would get paid. The contacts didn't know who Liberty National was!
A third source was from making cold calls. When I was recruited I was told we didn't do cold calls. Well, surprise, again another lie!
I didn't ask enough questions because I thought Liberty National was licensed by the state; therefore, it had to be legit. I'm glad I got out now because I watched the agents spend their own money buying policies to stay on commission, and that included my Unit and Branch Manager!
