Con artist, ripoff, wanted $3000./$4000. Didnt pay, phone disconnected 2 days later. Said worked from home in neb, company out of calif

James sutton called about helping with grant. He said he worked from home. He had a nebraska phone number. The company is out of california. His fee was $3000.00 to $4000.00 with half up front.

He explained search process. Sounded hopefull but didnt promise anything. Told him would take couple weeks to come up with money. Two days later his phone was disconnected.
