Ripping me off internet

I did a loan through this company because I like others was in a hard spot. Never was I told until my first payment was due that the interest rate was 99.99%. That means that in the end I will pay over $11,000 for a $2500 loan. I lost my job and wasnt making any money for about 4 months. These people called me everyday atleast 20 times a day. They called my old employer everyday the same amount of times too.

Then they sent me FAKE law suit papers in the mail claiming they where going to sue me for $11,000. And put a lein against my house. When my house is in my husbands name and his name isnt even on my loan anywhere. There has to be something that we can do stop these scamming people. They say they are a help place. Thats total bs. Im willing to pay the amount i owe back but these people are ridiculous. Has anyone found anything out? Im thinking about contacting a lawyer and filing suit against them.
