Totaly ruined my credit and is taking over 200 dollers a month and paying pennies on my principal

I needed money fast, my boyfriend lost his job so I decided to call Cash Call, Inc. After seeing their commercial on T.V. I took out a loan for 2,000 dollars and it has turned out to be the biggest nightmare of my life. Never in my wildest imagination would I have been able to dream up the extent of harassment and threats I would receive from this company.

Not only did they call my parents multiple times a day, but they called my house, cell phone, and work harassing me at all hours of the day demanding money now or I was going into arbitration and my wages were to be garnished. They even went as far as having a sheriff come to my work to serve me papers of arbitration if payment was not received immediately. Their scare tactic worked and I went without to avoid that embarrassment in front of all my co-workers.

To this day almost 2 years later I owe more than I borrowed. I pay over 200 dollars a month. My payment consists of penny's going toward my principal and outrageous interest. To top it all off I won't pay the loan off till 2011. What a waste of money. If I had known then what I know now never EVER would I have agreed to this total fraud and scandalous company's terms. Desperate or not I would have rather gone homeless than owe Cash Call, Inc. A dime.

Someone needs to stop these people from ripping thousands of struggling people off. When you are in hard times they coat everything in sugar and get you the money fast only to put you in an even worse spot. That is wrong and I don't see how those people sleep at night. Help please! *
